No matter how hard you try to stay on top of your mood, sometimes you find yourself a grumpy mess by the time 11AM rolls around.

You may be ready to throw in the towel at this point and just call it a day, but for most people, that's just not an option.

So, what are your options?

Well, there's plenty of ways to provide yourself with a bit of a mood boost, but I find exercise to be an activity that not only improves my mood, but also helps me to refocus my efforts and see my problems in a new light.

“I don't have 30 minutes each day to devote to an exercise regimen!” is perhaps what you're saying at this point. But, what if I told you that there was an exercise move that would take you just 5 minutes to complete, and you'd come out the other side happier and more willing and able to tackle the day? Well, good news! I don't just have one exercise move, but three!

3 exercise moves to improve your mood

This week, I had the honor of guest posting over at The Mindful Girl. There, I offer three exercise moves that each take 5 minutes (tops!) and that require no equipment and very little space.

So, if you want to learn how you can quickly and easily combat that midday funk, go and check it out!
