No matter how hard you try to stay on top of your mood, sometimes you find yourself a grumpy mess by the time 11AM rolls around.
You may be ready to throw in the towel at this point and just call it a day, but for most people, that’s just not an option.

Well, there’s plenty of ways to provide yourself with a bit of a mood boost, but I find exercise to be an activity that not only improves my mood, but also helps me to refocus my efforts and see my problems in a new light.
“I don’t have 30 minutes each day to devote to an exercise regimen!” is perhaps what you’re saying at this point. But, what if I told you that there was an exercise move that would take you just 5 minutes to complete, and you’d come out the other side happier and more willing and able to tackle the day?
